Job Description:
Provide life-cycle support for large-scale hardware / software integrated projects with real-time embedded software. Assure software is developed and delivered to customer expectations in compliance with company's Software Development process and procedures by performing process and/or product audits. Implement continuous process improvement to advance SW Development processes. Maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with Program Managers, Task Leaders, Engineering Management, and Subcontractors. Identify and implement SQA processes as needed to improve overall performance and benefit to the Laboratory. Proficiency in report writing, oral presentation, aptitude for detail, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be a US Citizen

Required skills:
Product and Process Audit from Defense contractor( Raytheon, BAE etal) Audit plans, policies and statements of work. Must undertsand the process development of software and undertsand the software development life cycles in order to conduct proper Audit. Must undertsand bidirectional tracability. Be able to undertsand perform CMM/ISO Audits- CMMI is a plus Software programming knowledge in C /Java Strong written, oral, negotiation, organizational skills, aptitude for detail, and a high level of initiative is required.

Education requirement:
Minimum educational level is a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline with at least 10 years experience. Graduate degree is desirable in Engineering or Computer Science.
