Business Development Manager - Staffing

Full Time Salary + Commission

The focus of the sales position is the development and cultivation of new client relationships. Sales staff is continually tasked with developing new business while expanding GCR's current existing business.

We are looking for focused revenue drivers who understand how to hunt for, identify and target clients that support GCR's Staffing business model of Contract, Contract to Hire and Direct Hire placements.

Prospecting new client relationships, while expanding GCR's current business through engineering disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Software Embedded Engineering and Information Technology.

Our success through the years has been developed through a commitment to high sales activity coupled with the measurement of key performance indicators through the use of phone calls, email marketing, networking, client meetings and presentations.

As a member of our sales team you will partner directly with clients as well as our internal recruiters and administrative staff to present the ideal candidate matching our client’s specific needs.

Required Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business (Preferred)
  • Prior Sales or Recruiting experience (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong phone skills/professional demeanor
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to develop lasting, long term client relationship
  • Strong business hunter/gather capabilities
  • Committed, motivated, and ethical individual
  • Possess high energy with a passion for success.
