The work performed requires complicated technical analysis, planning and execution
You will be responsible for independent research and development tasks of considerable importance ' and complexity relating to the more complicated phases of an over-all engineering project.
Uses best practices and procedures to solve problems in the analysis, design, development, implementation, modification, and testing of mechanical, and electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies and systems used in instrumentation for the life sciences. Defines mechanical and robotics design and testing specifications.
Proficiency in 3D solid modeling design software required (Pro/E strongly preferred).
Requires BS Degree in Mechanical engineering
A big plus: Biotechnology instrumentation or Medical Device design and/or motion control experience a plus
