Problem Report/Design Review Admin

Contract 40 hours weekly, multiple openings and long term contract assignments, 12+ months or longer

Client expects the role to be 3 days on site and 2 days remote, but currently due to Covid 19, all staff are remote.

Skill set is as follows:

Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience with QuickBase preferred

Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)

Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)

Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictates

Good written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently

Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities

Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred

HS/ Associates Equivalent experience.
