Duties and Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will lead development, integration and test of embedded GPS receivers for various applications. This includes specifying, designing and building test equipment for standard, as well as application specific testing. The candidate will also be responsible for the operation, maintenance and calibration of test platforms and associated equipment.
The candidate will reduce and post process test data collected, coordinate and manage the shipment of test equipment as required; provide maintenance, software installation and configuration management. Limited travel be required.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
BSEE (MS preferred) with 5+ years’ experience in RF equipment design. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required.
The ability to document designs, simulations, and test results for distribution and presentation to a technical audience is desired. Experience in RF/GPS front-end receiver design, along with implementing signal processing solutions is desirable. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
