Sr Full Life Cycle Recruiter

Contract 40 hours weekly

Applicant Tracking Systems experience required, iCIMS preferred - Desired Experience in IT, Finance, Accounting and/or technical recruiting

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Technical Recruiter will support the organization's recruiting efforts to attract a highly skilled and qualified workforce. In this role you will be expected to partner with hiring managers, recruiters and HR Business Partners to drive innovative strategies and solutions to satisfy dynamic talent needs. In addition, you will be expected to provide recommendations in the development and execution of the strategy and vision for the talent acquisition function.

Duties and expectations: - Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting that includes meeting with the hiring manager and the HRBP to identify the hiring need(s) and setting clear expectations for the process, as well as managing the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates - Act as trusted partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers and HRBP's by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market - Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions - Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process - Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events - Participate in recruiting events ensuring positive interaction with potential employees, universities and students - Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication, timely feedback and interview preparation, following through to post employment - Build an on-going, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates - Partner with recruiting team to develop creative sourcing strategies - Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and meeting of hiring goals

Qualifications: - BS degree and 4+ years of experience as a recruiter - Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers - Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches including networking, internet mining, social media and cold calling - An ability to work independently and drive recruiting seamlessly, quickly and with passion - Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
