Job Description

This Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain activities organization in all day to day operations and in implementing and executing on long term initiatives to improve on time performance and working capital management.

This role will implement standards, processes, reporting, and systems development within the company. This role will ensure internal customers, capital projects, and the interests of the company are supported with superior processes, programs and relevant market intelligence.

Responsibilities:
• Staffing the team development

 o Develop and implement process documentation and continuous improvement. • Production & Inventory Planning

o Generates demand and supply plans for all components and assemblies, both make and buy
o Manages production BOM and ECO activity

o Ensure timely supply of materials to support production

.Skills:
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems; QuickBooks, MiSys, Epicor • Working knowledge of related quality assurance standards (ISO-9001 / SSQA). • Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement methodologies

Experience required: • 15+ years of experience in a supply chain/purchasing role in a manufacturing environment.
• Semiconductor industry experience,  Capital Equipment, Motors, Robotics, Medical Device • Strong computer skills, advanced MS Office skills

Education Required: • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field. MBA is a plus. • APICS Certified Production, Inventory, and Materials Management (CPIM) Certification is preferred.
