Job Description

Systems Administrator

Contract 3+ years 40 hours weekly.

Must obtain a Secret Clearance/Interim

Onsite requirements: There is a strong preference for a candidate that is fairly local to Lexington to come onsite at a regular cadence. However, the Group is willing to review candidates in the New England/NY/NJ area. The candidate would be able to work predominantly remote but would need to be willing to drive up to Lexington for possibly 2 visits a month (2 or 3 days at a time).

The Client will pay expenses as needed. Candidates that are not local to Massachusetts/New England/NY/NJ should either be relocating to MA or one of those locations. At this time, candidates that don't currently live or aren't able to move to the greater New England area are not being considered.

We are in need of a DevSecOps Specialist who will support the modification and sustainment of a DevSecOps pipeline and deployment of software. This DevSecOps pipeline supports many software development efforts in the Embedded and Open Systems Group.

One area of significant focus for the Embedded and Open Systems Group is the application of modern software engineering principles and commercial best practices to define and prototype open architecture solutions, that provide mission critical capabilities to the warfighter. This combination of approaches enables the flexible composition of sensors, processors, ground stations, and command centers. This work feeds into open architecture standards which ensure seamless information transfer between system components and subsystem-level upgradability. We succeed by participating in all phases of the program, including problem analysis and innovative solution design, system architecture, rapid prototyping and field-testing, and ultimately transfer of our technology.
